Part-time maintenance technician

Main responsibilities:
(a) Check, repair and maintain the club's buildings and facilities;
(b) Assist in the installation and testing of machines and equipment;
(c) Hold a safety card, have experience in mud and paint, and be able to work independently
(d) Understand electrical air conditioning maintenance, holding a Level A electrician's certificate or above
(e) Support the daily operation and activities of the association.

Entry Requirements:

(a) Secondary three level, 3 years or above maintenance/repair experience;
(b) Good Cantonese, general English
(c) Assist in the purchase and management of materials and tools related to maintenance and repair work;
(d) Assist in handling regular maintenance and emergency repairs; and
(e) Work 2 days per week, 9 hours per shift
