Job Description

General floor work

5 to 10 hours work schedule

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant floor
Inspect the table, actively replenish tableware, drinking water and condiments, and keep the desktop clean and orderly.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and simple complaints, maintain good service attitude and communication etiquette.
Participate in cleaning and sorting work after daily business hours, including wiping tables and chairs, returning supplies to their places, and supporting the closing process.

Work requirements

Have basic communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, able to clearly express and understand customer needs.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive service attitude.
Health and wellness, able to stand and work mainly, with basic physical strength to meet the needs of floor walking and light lifting.
