Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following up on ironwork engineering, A&A (Alteration & Addition), fit-out engineering (Fitting Out), and new building engineering (New Building) projects, etc., for drawing and updating the plans to ensure that they meet the design specifications and on-site construction needs.

• Assist in the organization and archiving of site files, including construction drawings, modification records, approval responses and coordination meeting minutes, to maintain a clear and orderly file system.

• Support the engineering team in preparing quotes, such as extracting drawing information, annotating the scope of the project, calculating material quantities, and providing technical illustrations for clarification.

• Collaborate closely with building services engineering professionals, participate in drawing reviews and on-site technical briefings, and ensure that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems are accurately aligned with structural/building drawings.

• Timely complete other graphic processing tasks assigned by the supervisor, including drawing file conversion, version control, printing and distribution, and electronic file backup.

Requirements:

• Familiar with AutoCAD operations, with basic architectural or mechanical and electrical drawing abilities; those with Revit, Navisworks or BIM-related experience are given priority.

• Able to communicate and process written documents fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English.

• Have good attention to detail and sense of responsibility, be able to handle multiple drawings and documents tasks independently, and deliver results within the specified deadline.

• No academic qualifications are required, fresh graduates or those with practical experience are welcome to apply; no specific seniority is required, but you must demonstrate your learning willingness and engineering file understanding ability.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to work full-time in the Kowloon district, working five days a week, and able to occasionally support on-site simple surveying or plan verification according to engineering project needs.
