Job Description

Property Officer
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in handling public housing rental agreement-related matters and document sorting.
Maintain good communication with Housing Authority staff and coordinate daily affairs.
Handling resident complaints and general inquiries, providing professional answers.
Regularly inspect property conditions to ensure management quality.

Requirements:

Have one or more years of property management work experience.
Preference will be given to those holding a license from the Property Management Regulatory Authority No. 2.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to handle problems independently.
Able to work in the Chai Wan and Siu Sai Bay areas.
