Responsible for daily product display planning and execution in the store, based on the brand's seasonal theme, visual guide and sales strategy, regularly update the visual presentation of core areas such as windows, entrance areas and focus walls to strengthen brand image and seasonal atmosphere.
Collaborate with store managers and sales teams, combine inventory structure, sales data and best-selling trends, dynamically optimize shelf layout and product combinations, enhance product visibility, reach rate and try-on conversion rate, and scientifically guide customer flow.
Coordinate the overall on-shelf operation of new products after they arrive in the store, including label verification, completeness of size check, uniform hangers, crease treatment, accessory matching and detail cleaning, ensuring that the display is clean, professional and 100% compliant with the brand's standard specifications.
Participate in weekly/monthly display meetings, proactively propose creative, executable and data-supported visual optimization suggestions; Assist in training new colleagues to master basic display logic, brand style vocabulary and on-site contingency skills.
Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, positioning and basic maintenance of display props and auxiliary materials (such as models, stands, lighting equipment, POP display items, etc.) to ensure a continuous and stable high-quality visual environment.
Work requirements
Highly sensitive to global fast fashion trends, able to quickly understand brand tone, core values and target customers, and translate them into visually compelling, consistent and commercially viable expressions.
Those with basic clothing history, color theory, spatial composition or human factors engineering concepts are especially good; familiar with mainstream clothing classification, style characteristics and dressing logic is helpful in improving display narrative power and product association.
Have clear oral communication skills and cross-role collaboration awareness, be able to explain the logic and goals behind the display in a simple language to the store staff, and respond to operational needs, sudden adjustments or temporary support requests on site in real time.
Good hand-eye coordination, quick movements, and the ability to independently and skillfully complete various display operations such as hanging, folding, stacking, hanging, and accessory installation; and the ability to efficiently execute and pay attention to details before opening the store, during peak inventory replenishment or promotional periods.
