At least 10 years in procurement/strategic sourcing within multinational companies (MNCs).
Prior experience in construction, engineering, E&M services, or building-related sectors strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies and lead full-cycle category management (sourcing → negotiation → contracting → performance).
Strong track record in delivering cost savings through market analysis, value engineering, alternative sourcing, and tough commercial negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree advantageous.
