Financial Planning Manager

• Provide comprehensive insurance and financial planning advice to customers

• Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate insurance solutions

• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Follow up on customer insurance policies and post-purchase support

• Participate in company training and team building activities

• Develop new customer resources (company will also provide support)

• Secondary school graduation or above

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Active and positive, sense of responsibility

• Willing to learn and self-improve

• Preference will be given to those with insurance-related licenses (if they do not have one, assistance will be provided to obtain one)
