Installation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

2. Proficient in installing different types of underbody guards, providing professional and efficient service experiences.
3. Complete car glass tinting, color change film, and invisible car wrap, etc. Ensure that the construction quality meets the standard.
4. Explain to customers in detail the functions, uses and installation details of the car recorder, introduce the use method and attention of the lower guard and film, and enhance customers’ understanding and satisfaction with the product.
5. Assist in solving problems encountered by customers in using products, provide timely and effective support solutions, and ensure a good user experience.

Requirements:
1. Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, those with relevant professional backgrounds are given priority.
2. Have 3 to 5 years of automotive parts installation experience or those who have worked on car accessories, familiar with the application scenarios and operation procedures of automotive-related parts.
3. Master automotive circuits, on-board terminal installation, and automotive interior design, and be able to independently complete related technical work.
4. Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to clearly express product features and answer customer questions.
