[Job Responsibilities]

1. Coordinate the overall operation of retail stores and unmanned self-pickup points within the region, develop operating plans, and ensure store service quality and operating efficiency;

2. Responsible for all stores and self-pickup points in the area, supervise the implementation of operational standards;

3. Manage store cleaning and sanitation, and cooperate with the company's monthly random inspections;

4. Manage regional teams, responsible for store scheduling planning, timely submission of next month's schedule, and ensuring reasonable staffing;

5. Handle store customer complaints, respond within 24 hours and complete processing feedback within 72 hours;

6. Lead the team to achieve commercial washing, self-pickup points, and automatic washing core performance goals; ;

7. Responsible for unmanned self-pickup point stocking, pickup rate, member registration, and customer complaint control;

8. Organize store promotion and new customer acquisition, holiday activities promotion and member recharge discounts, lead the team to achieve core business indicators.

[Job Requirements]

• Healthy body, no bad habits, good personal hygiene, strong stress resistance and execution ability;

• Applicants with one or more years of experience in chain stores or the service industry are preferred, familiar with store operations and team management methods;

• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work, strict adherence to attendance rules, and proactive in assuming regional management responsibilities;

• Warm and friendly, good at communicating and coordinating, with excellent customer complaint handling and team collaboration abilities;

• Have target management and data analysis awareness, be able to accurately control performance indicators, and proactively learn and optimize operating methods;

[Salary and benefits]

1. Basic salary: HKD 17,000 per month + HKD 1,000 attendance bonus (if attendance is met) ;

2. Generous bonuses: monthly performance bonuses up to HKD 5,000 (linked to operations, team management, and performance goals), and project bonuses up to HKD 3,000 (linked to specific tasks), with full transparency in salary rules and bonus calculations, allowing for fair distribution of rewards;

3. Job security: Reasonable daily working hours (as per company's uniform arrangement), weekly rotation of 1 day, and enjoyment of annual leave, sick leave, labor leave, etc. statutory holidays;
