[Job Responsibilities]
- Professional teaching: Teaching children from 6 months to 3 years old through games, music and movement, stories, sensory exploration and physical activities.
- Classroom Management: Lead children in group activities, take care of their school needs, and help control classroom order and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Environment setup: Create an interesting and interactive learning environment, and prepare and organize teaching materials according to the course theme.
- Parent communication: Regularly communicate with parents, follow up on children’s learning progress, provide professional parenting advice and establish good home-school relationships.
- Administrative support: handle daily classroom operations and administrative work, assist the center in organizing activities and general school affairs.
[Entry Requirements]
- Hold a certificate/diploma/degree in early childhood education (CE/QKT or equivalent qualification) or relevant academic qualifications.
- Priority will be given to those with at least 1 year of Playgroup / early childhood teaching experience.
- Able to teach in fluent Cantonese, those with good English and Mandarin abilities are preferred.
- Priority will be given to those who can work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Proficient in handicrafts, music or with a first aid certificate are preferred.
[Salary and benefits]
- Full-time monthly salary: HK$15,000 – HK$33,000 (depending on qualifications and work performance).
- Part-time hourly rate: HK$70 – HK$300 (depending on experience and teaching language).
