Marketing Assistant

Salary: $60-120/ hour

Position: Part-time Marketing Assistant

Time: Can choose Monday - Sunday (flexible work hours)

Location: Kowloon Bay

Main responsibilities:

-Social media platform operation and management:

-Plan and execute daily content for Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (also known as Red) social media platforms

-Monitor platform operation status, ensure normal operation and timely eliminate faults

-Participate in sales data preparation, create promotional content

Contact customers by phone, update customer information

Visual content creation:

-Use Canva to design promotional posters and flat graphics

Independently complete the promotion short film editing and post-production work

Market support execution:

-Assist the company in implementing online/offline integrated marketing solutions

-Perform competitive analysis, data collection, and advertising placement optimization

Others: Data collection, copywriting, field work, regular inspections of the company's subsidiary businesses, or other temporary emergency work assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

- 1 year of relevant experience or social media management experience

- In-depth understanding of social platform operating modes (IG/FB/Xiaohongshu), familiar with major social platforms such as IG, FB

- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Proficient in Chinese and English typing

- Pay attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, excellent team collaboration and communication skills, innovative thinking and content planning ability
