Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily security work in the estate, ensuring resident safety and environmental order.
Regularly patrol the various areas of the estate, including building floors, car parks, public facilities, etc., and promptly discover and eliminate safety hazards.
Verify visitor identity, register information and contact residents for confirmation, and strictly enforce entry and exit management procedures.

Work requirements

Second 5 or above, with good Chinese reading and writing abilities.
Must hold a valid Queensland Security Industry Authority (QAS) license, safety card and first aid certificate.
Have at least one year of residential property or related premises security work experience.
Have good communication skills, be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese with residents and colleagues, and be able to handle basic English to deal with visitors or file records.
Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility.
