質檢助理-QC Assistant

A. Job Description:

1. After delivery registration, go to the quality inspection department for incoming goods sorting and follow-up according to the urgency of the goods.
2. Check the delivery status and system requirements, and if necessary, feedback related issues through email.
3. Take photos of the outer box and label of the large shipment, sort and classify related information (Date Code, COO).
4. After quality inspection, check the details and label information of the actual goods to ensure accuracy.
5. Responsible for handling QC labels (Amble labels, ID labels, etc.).
6. Sort out QC materials (such as ESD bags, trays, tools, instruments, etc.)
7. Record and organize daily QC data.
8. Process other daily administrative work (such as assisting departmental project development).
9. Coordinate logistics and QC department communication, reduce excessive communication costs.
10. Complete overtime work according to actual needs (0-3 days per week, about 2 hours each time).

II. Employment Requirements:

1. Graduation from a Hong Kong associate degree program or above.


4. At least 1 year of work experience.
5. Have good team cooperation and communication skills.
6. Able to use Chinese and English computer input methods fluently.
7. Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.
8. Have general administrative skills.
