Job Description
  • Minimum 2-3 years+ experience on Payroll, timesheet, recruiting, MPF, employee expense reimbursement

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (spoken and written).

  • 5-day work

  • Provide general office administration services

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, support grievance resolution, and promote engagement initiatives.

  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, and assist with payroll processing.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, supporting audits and HR reporting.

  • Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes.

  • HR Projects: Support diversity, inclusion, policy updates, and employee wellness initiatives.
