Chief Software Expert

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a software development team, formulating and implementing high-level technical strategies and architecture design, and ensuring system scalability, stability, and security.

• Lead the development and optimization of core modules, participate in key technical decisions, and push innovative solutions to product applications.

• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, closely communicate with product managers, project managers and other technical supervisors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the project.

• Guide and cultivate middle and senior engineers, establish an efficient technical team culture, and enhance overall R&D capabilities and code quality.

• Continuously track the latest industry technology trends, evaluate the applicability of new tools and frameworks, and drive technology upgrades and transformations.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in information technology, computer science or related fields, with at least 10 years of software development experience, of which at least 5 years were spent in technical leadership positions.

• Proficient in multiple programming languages (such as Java, Python, Go, C++), familiar with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices.

• Have large-scale distributed system design and optimization experience, with in-depth understanding and practical achievements in high concurrency and high availability systems.

• Have excellent problem analysis and solving skills, be able to quickly locate bottlenecks in complex environments and propose effective improvement solutions.

• Have excellent communication and coordination skills and leadership ability, be able to lead the team to achieve its goals, and maintain stable performance under high pressure.
