Security guard

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily patrols, entry and exit control, and order maintenance in the designated area, including the lobby, parking lot, elevator lobby, floor passage, and public facilities;
Strictly implement visitor registration, identity verification, and vehicle entry and exit management procedures to ensure that personnel and goods flow in a compliant and orderly manner;
Assist in handling sudden events such as fire alarms, equipment failures, dispute resolution or emergency evacuation guidance, and follow the instructions to cooperate with the police or fire department;
Regularly inspect fire extinguishers, emergency lights, exit signs, and other safety facilities to ensure they are functioning properly, record and report any maintenance required.

Work requirements

Year of birth: 18 years old, healthy, no criminal record, good communication skills and basic Cantonese conversational skills, those who understand Mandarin or English are preferred;
Able to adapt to shift work arrangements, including day shift, night shift, holidays and sudden overtime, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit;
Applicants who have previously worked as security personnel in commercial buildings, residential properties, office buildings or public facilities, with relevant experience, will be given priority.
