Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for cross-border business transportation between the company boss, executives and important customers in Hong Kong and the mainland (including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, etc. cities), covering daily commuting, business meetings, airport and port shuttle, etc. Ensure timely, safe and comfortable travel;
Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company's 7-seater business car, including vehicle cleaning (keeping the interior free of debris and seats clean), oil fluid check, regular maintenance and annual inspection procedures, and assisting in handling insurance claims and other related matters;
Strictly abide by information confidentiality principles, do not leak sensitive information such as senior management travel arrangements and conversation content during the trip, and be able to feedback and assist in handling vehicle breakdowns or customs clearance abnormalities in a timely manner.

Work requirements

Have valid Hong Kong and Macau travel documents (business visa is preferred), no expired driver's license or invalid identification records, and be able to cooperate with the company to complete vehicle and personnel registration procedures;
Provide a certificate of no major traffic accidents, no drunk driving/drug driving record, and no criminal record for the past 3 years;
With more than 3 years of business driver work experience, familiar with the right-hand driving in Hong Kong and the left-hand driving in the mainland, familiar with the traffic regulations of the two places, and familiar with the core business district, airport and major road conditions;
Understand the passenger clearance process at major ports such as Shenzhen Bay, Futian, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and be able to efficiently assist with the completion of entry and exit procedures;
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills, to adapt to international business reception scenes;
Age between 25 and 45, well-groomed, decently dressed, and with no bad habits;
Strong service awareness, attention to detail, and good adaptability and stress resistance, able to adapt to flexible working hours (including early shifts, temporary car trips and short-term business trips);
Strong confidentiality awareness, those who have experience in serving high-level managers or military background are preferred.
