Job Overview
As a member of the Client Management and Servicing Department, the Client Operations Officer will be primarily responsible for client account management, transaction support and relevant operational work during the client servicing phase, and assist the team in ensuring the stable, efficient and compliant implementation of client service processes.
This role focuses on process execution, daily operational support and internal collaboration, and is suitable for candidates with certain operational experience in financial institutions, who value work stability and professional execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account and Document Management
Follow up on client account opening, KYC procedures, document updates and relevant system maintenance;
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
2. Transaction and Operational Support
3. Ongoing Client Servicing Support
4. Process and Compliance Execution
Execute operational processes in accordance with established SOPs;
Cooperate with internal audits, compliance inspections and process optimization work.
5. Team Collaboration
Maintain effective communication with Relationship Managers (RMs) and internal functional teams;
Support the arrangement of relatively standardized and repetitive operational work within the department.
Job Requirements
1. Work Experience
3–5 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in the following areas:
Back-office operations, transaction support or account management in banks / securities firms;
Transfer Agency (TA), operational support or relevant roles in fund companies;
Outsourced roles in large financial institutions with a long and stable employment record;
Operational or support roles in local small and medium-sized financial institutions.
2. Competencies and Qualities
Familiar with basic operational processes of financial institutions and possess strong execution capability;
Meticulous and organized in work, with a focus on process standardization and risk control;
Strong sense of responsibility and good team collaboration skills;
Able to maintain consistent work output in a relatively stable and well-structured work environment.
