Job Description

Responsibilities:

Being a member of the team to handle all tasks of preparing tender submission and project execution.
General coordination with parties involved during project execution.
Prepare and record of documentations between parties.
Material sourcing, compliance checking and procurement.
Sub-letting and contract administration.
Prepare shop drawings and O&M manual.

Requirements:

Experienced in interior fit-out/ A&A projects.
Knowledgeable in sequence of work and installation/ interface details
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Has basic knowledge of contract.
Has passion in interior fit-out projects.
