Operations Manager

<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and implement the company's overall business strategy and annual plan, continuously optimize internal processes, and improve overall operating efficiency and service quality.</li><li>Monitor and analyze various key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly compile business operation reports, and provide data support and insight recommendations for senior management decision-making.</li><li>Lead the daily operations of the team to ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and the company's internal standards and policies.</li><li>Coordinate cross-department resources and communication, promote collaboration between sales, finance, human resources, etc. departments, achieve effective resource allocation and smooth project progress. </li><li></li><li>Proactively identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in existing processes, drive process re-engineering and management innovation, and implement sustainable improvement measures.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business management, operations management, industrial and commercial management or related professional fields.</li><li>Have 5 to 8 years or more of operations management or related position work experience, those with team management experience are preferred.</li><li></li><li>Have excellent organizational and coordination skills, leadership and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to effectively motivate teams to achieve their goals.</li><li></li><li>Fluent in Chinese and English writing and speaking, able to write reports and conduct cross-cultural communication.</li></ul>
