Job Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and management of food delivery platforms such as keeta, openrice, including order processing and follow-up, restaurant data updates, and system operation support

• Organize and analyze operational data, create basic reports for internal reference, and support team decision-making and optimization suggestions

• Support the market and operations team in executing promotion activities, including activity setup, information upload and on-site support (if necessary)

• Maintain office and related operational files, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness

Work requirements

• Have good communication skills, be able to communicate and write daily in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English

• Basic familiarity with digital platforms and smart devices, willing to learn new systems and tools

• No specific academic qualifications or industry experience is required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply; those with less than one year of work experience may also be considered

• Holding a valid Hong Kong work visa, and meeting one of the following categories: Hong Kong permanent resident, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa, or other legal work permit in Hong Kong

• Monthly salary range is HKD$25,000 to $28,000, depending on experience and performance, with annual salary review

Work details

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with one hour for lunch, for a total of 8 hours per day, allowing for a good balance of work and leisure

• Main work location is at No. 10, Rainbow Road, Wang Jing Industrial Building, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is conveniently located near the Rainbow Station of the MTR and several bus routes.
