Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all rounded accounting activities

• Responsible for review ERP system reporting, workflow, business flow and system upgrade

• Prepare monthly accounting reports and cashflow

• Assist in year-end audit and audit schedule

• Co-ordinate with accounting team of HK, China and overseas office

• Prepare payment voucher

• Support management and department head to carry out daily financial tasks

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience in audit firm and manufacturing field

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline

• ACCA / HKICPA / other accounting professional student member

• Experience in ERP and computerized accounts system is a plus

• Good PC skills especially MS Office

• Solid experience in consolidation process, treasury, corporate finance, cashflow, and financial analysis

• Able to meet tight reporting schedules

• Team player, mature, independent, multitasker withstrong communication skills and sound analytical mind

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English

• Strong problem solving and organizing abilities, stable and independent

• Willing to travel overseas and china factory if necessary
