Duties include:
1. Responsible for the daily financial operations of the Hong Kong headquarters and affiliated companies, including but not limited to accounting, expense review, intercompany account reconciliation, and tax reporting;
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with Hong Kong accounting standards and group requirements;
3. Monitor company cash flow, optimize cash flow management, and assist in completing fund transfer and foreign exchange risk management;
4. Interface with overseas branches’ financial data to support the compilation of consolidated statements and internal management reports;
5. Participate in the maintenance and optimization of financial systems, promote process automation and efficiency improvement;
6. Collaborate with internal and external audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy;
7. Assist in completing other financial analysis and special tasks assigned by the management layer.
Job Requirements
Basic conditions
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields;
• Hold a Hong Kong accounting professional qualification (such as HKICPA, ACCA, etc.) or equivalent qualification;
2 years of financial related work experience, those with fintech, internet or multinational corporate background are preferred;
Proficient in financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Office productivity software, with a deep understanding of Excel functions and data analysis;
Have good communication skills in Chinese and English (written and oral), and be able to efficiently connect with teams in different places.
