Strategy and Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in system requirement analysis and technical solution design, responsible for core code writing and module development.

2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of backend services, ensuring system stability and scalability.

3. Write high-quality, easily maintainable code, and participate in code review and technical documentation writing.

4. Collaborate with front-end and testing teams to complete system integration testing and push the project to successful delivery.

5. Continuously optimize system performance, enhance user experience and system response efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Have solid programming foundations and good coding conventions.

2. Familiar with mainstream development frameworks and tools, able to independently complete module development.

3. Have strong problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to handle common technical challenges.

4. Team collaboration awareness, able to communicate and push tasks efficiently.

5. Have continuous learning ability, quickly master new technologies and apply them to actual work.
