Job Responsibilities

Responsible for company service market promotion
Plan and execute an exclusive online store promotion plan
Assist the operations team in continuously improving service strategies.

Work requirements

Have secondary five education or above, welcome fresh graduates to apply; Z generation is familiar with various new social platforms, welcome to apply ~ No experience is required ~

Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese, and be able to communicate clearly, politely, and persuasively with customers
Have a service-oriented mindset and empathy, be patient in handling different types of customer needs, maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and proactively seek solutions.
