1. Job Responsibilities
Based on the technical parameters of the visual and tactile sensors, independently complete the design of the outer shell and internal support structure, ensuring compatibility with the sensor's core functional modules.
Design internal precision components' fixing scheme, taking into account assembly accuracy and long-term stability, and avoiding structural deformation affecting sensing performance.
Optimize internal space layout, balance functional integration and lightweighting requirements, reduce redundant volume, and ensure sensor overall compactness.
- Material selection and process adaptation
According to the sensor usage scenario, choose the shell material, familiar with mainstream manufacturing processes (such as 3D printing, silicone casting, etc.), match the optimal production process according to the design requirements, and ensure structural manufacturability (such as wall thickness uniformity, tolerance control, assembly feasibility).
2. Employment requirements
- Educational background
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision instruments, materials forming, etc. Candidates with touch/sound sensor or flexible electronic device structural design experience will be given priority.
Proficient in 3D modeling software (such as SolidWorks, Creo, UG NX, etc.); familiar with finite element analysis tools (such as ANSYS, COMSOL, etc., those who can perform basic strength analysis are preferred). Understand the design method of composite structures made of flexible materials (such as silicone, PDMS) and rigid materials.
