1. Provide professional technical support and services to company employees, ensure the normal operation of various IT facilities.
2. Quickly respond and handle various technical issues encountered by employees, covering hardware failure elimination, software configuration adjustment, etc.
3. Effective record and track problem handling process, ensure problems are timely solved.
4. Collaborate closely with team members to solve cross-department IT technical issues.
6. Preference will be given to those who understand desktops, server rooms, and networks; if they do not understand, those with strong learning abilities will be given priority.
