Job Description
Clothing store manager<br><br><br>Duties include:<br><br>One: Sales and performance management<br>1. Design and implement store sales plans to ensure completion of the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the company.<br>2. Analyze sales data, optimize inventory structure, develop promotion strategies, and enhance store performance. <br>3. Supervise sales team performance, provide sales skills training and incentive schemes, and enhance employees’ sales abilities. <br><br><br>1. Responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of store employees, building an efficient team. <br>2. Regularly organize sales skills, product knowledge, service standards, etc. training to enhance employees’ professional abilities. <br><br><br>Three. Shop operations and management<br>1. Ensure the store display meets brand standards, regularly adjust the window display and in-store display to enhance visual appeal. <br>2. Supervise inventory management, optimize ordering, replenishment and transfer processes, and reduce obsolete inventory. <br><br><br>Four. Customer service and brand maintenance<br>1. Improve store service level to ensure customers have a high-quality shopping experience and increase their purchase rate. <br>2. Process customer complaints and after-sales issues, maintain brand image and customer relationships. <br>3. Collect market feedback, analyze customer needs, and propose product and marketing optimization suggestions to the company.<div><br>Five. Market and competitive product analysis<br>1. Monitor industry trends and competitive products, adjust sales strategies to maintain competitive advantage. <br>2. Execute company brand promotion activities to enhance the store's influence in the local market. <br><br>Six. Safety Management<br>1. Ensure the store meets the company's safety and hygiene standards, and carry out fire prevention and theft prevention safety management. <br>2. Supervise equipment maintenance to ensure store facilities are operating normally. <br><br>---<br><br>Job Requirements<br>College degree or above, clothing industry background is preferred<br>Experience**: 5 to 10 years of experience in the clothing retail industry, with at least 3 years of store management experience.<br>Skills<br> - Excellent sales management and team leadership skills;<br> - Familiar with fashion industry trends and inventory management;<br> - Proficient in retail management systems (such as POS, ERP, etc.);<br> - Have data analysis skills, and be able to develop effective sales strategies. <br>Qualifications<br> - Strong sense of responsibility, with strong stress resistance and execution ability;<br> - Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle sudden problems flexibly;<br> - Good image and temperament, in line with the brand's tone. <br><br></div><div>Working conditions<br>- Working hours: According to the store's opening hours, you will need to adapt to weekend, holiday and shift work. <br>- Work location: Harbour City or K11 store<br><br><br></div>
