Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations of the online store, including product listing, removal, and information updates, to ensure accurate and complete product page content
- Assist in handling customer orders, follow up on logistics status, and promptly respond to customer inquiries and post-purchase needs
- Organize sales data, regularly create simple reports, and assist in analyzing best-selling products and inventory status
- In line with market promotion activities, update web page promotion content and promotional information
- Maintain online store ratings and customer communication, enhance customer satisfaction and shopping experience
Work requirements
- Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operating skills, familiar with Word, Excel, and common web browsers
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to complete repetitive but important daily tasks on time
- Have good communication skills, be able to write clear messages in Cantonese, and understand Mandarin is better
- Have basic knowledge of online shopping or e-commerce, and be willing to learn new tools and platform operations
- Able to adapt to short-term handling of multiple tasks and maintain stable performance under pressure
