Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in regional project feasibility evaluation, technical solution review, contract term evaluation and risk early warning, support pre-sales stage trial delivery, technical consultation and bidding technical collaborative work;
Lead customer post-purchase service and operations support, drive customer relationship maintenance and satisfaction achievement, and handle post-project delivery issues, optimization suggestions, and continuous improvement collaboration;

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronic Information and other related fields;
Have the ability to work in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and be able to use them fluently in cross-departmental collaboration, customer communication and document writing;
Have more than 5 years of software or IT project management practical experience, with management experience in leading a team of 3 or more;
Have excellent communication and expression, cross-team collaboration, independent analysis and judgment, high-efficiency execution and stress resistance abilities;
Familiar with project management methodological frameworks (such as PMBOK), familiar with the entire process of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure; those who hold a PMP certification or a high-level information systems project management qualification are preferred;
Applicants with large-scale software project, customized solution project or R&D project management experience are preferred;
Applicants with AI technology application, industry integration solution implementation experience are preferred;
Familiar with Hong Kong local culture and legal environment, those who have project implementation experience in government, media, enterprises and other fields in the Hong Kong and Macao region are preferred.
