Job Title: Homework Assistance Class Instructor

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing after-school academic support to primary school students, covering Chinese, English, mathematics and other core subjects, helping students understand classroom highlights, complete daily homework and review.
• Maintain classroom order and a good learning atmosphere, encourage positive interaction, and cultivate concentration, sense of responsibility, and basic learning habits.

Requirements:

• Have secondary school graduation or above academic qualifications;
• Familiar with local primary school curriculum, with solid academic knowledge foundation and clear expression ability.
• Applicants with teaching, tutoring or child guidance experience are preferred; fresh graduates with internship experience or volunteering experience are also welcome to apply.
• Have patience, empathy, and good communication skills, and be able to guide students of different personalities and learning styles in a positive and encouraging way.
• Punctual and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, able to independently execute teaching tasks, and also willing to accept continuous professional development and team collaboration.
