Job Title: Vehicle Operations and Dispatch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire vehicle maintenance and repair process, coordinate with suppliers, follow up on maintenance progress, and inspect quality, and establish and continuously update electronic vehicle maintenance and repair management accounts to achieve full life cycle traceability.

• In line with changes in company business and temporary task requirements, flexibly adjust scheduling plans and work arrangements, and have cross-departmental communication and coordination skills and adaptive execution ability.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong formal driving license; those with a Chinese mainland driving license are preferred, but must also have practical driving experience in both Hong Kong and Guangdong (with special emphasis on cross-border vehicle operation experience)

• Have 3 to 5 years of fleet management, vehicle scheduling or administrative logistics related work experience, familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland China traffic regulations and cross-border vehicle operation practices.

• Have secondary school diploma (DSE) or equivalent academic qualifications, be able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel data sorting and Word file processing), and have basic data input and word processing skills.

• Cantonese is the main working language, and must reach a level of fluent communication; have basic English reading and writing abilities; those with good Mandarin will be given priority.

• Must meet the requirements for legal employment in Hong Kong, and accept applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, the Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), the Non-local Graduates Hong Kong Employment Scheme (IANG), the Dependents Visa or other valid work permit.

• Monthly salary range: HKD$17000 + allowance of $1500 + attendance bonus of $1000;
