<p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities: </u></strong></p><ul><li>In serving food and beverages to the restaurant customers in an efficient and professional manner, according to our restaurant standard and procedure </li><li>Provides efficient, discreet and professional service of food and beverage to customers</li><li>Table settings, correct layout and cleanliness of equipment </li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or luxury restaurant</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and manner</li><li>Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese</li></ul><p>Supervisor/Captain (Western Cuisine) - Central High-end French cuisine/Ocean Park Hotel Steakhouse<br>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>According to restaurant standards and procedures, provide efficient and professional dining services to restaurant customers</li><li>Provide efficient, attentive and professional dining services to customers, maintaining a good attitude and communication</li><li>Responsible for table setting, correct placement of utensils, and ensuring equipment is clean</li><li>Assist with daily restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, menu introduction, and customer demand handling</li></ul><p><br>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of hotel or high-end restaurant related work experience</li><li>Having excellent customer service skills and good professional etiquette</li><li>Able to fluently use English and Chinese (including writing and speaking)</li><li>Have a team spirit, and be able to maintain professional performance under high pressure</li><li>Passionate about dining services, attention to detail and service quality</li></ul>
