Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the supervisor in handling insurance policies, including application, approval, and compensation processes, to ensure that related matters are completed accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Responsible for planning and co-organizing internal company or customer-related activities and meetings, including arranging venues, preparing materials and following up on execution details. 3. Responsible for general administrative work, such as file sorting, archiving, email processing, and daily affairs support. 4. Maintain good communication with colleagues from various departments, promote cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure smooth information flow. 5. Provide other necessary secretarial services to support the daily work needs of the supervisor and team.
Requirements: 1. Have good Chinese and English skills, be able to write business documents and conduct professional communication fluently. 2. Careful and highly responsible, able to effectively manage time and achieve goals in a multitasking environment. 3. Enjoy using office software (such as Microsoft Office), and maintain a learning attitude towards new tools. 4. Have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to flexibly respond to various work situations.
