Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in the IT sector by identifying new business opportunities and driving market expansion
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and team motivation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, technology partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or additional certifications in sales or IT management are advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions such as software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire teams and close complex deals
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques
