The following is a summary of the position (Regional Manager - Beijing) for you:

Job Overview

  • Job Title: Area Manager (Area Manager)

  • Working location: Beijing

  • Report to: Retail Manager

  • Core goals: Lead regional store operations, improve profitability through standardized management, and ensure that each store reaches an excellent level of operation.

Core responsibilities

  • Sales and profit management: Develop data-driven sales targets, execute regional growth strategies, ensure budget completion, and achieve sustainable business development.

  • Operation standardization: Establish unified service standards and operating procedures to ensure that all stores in the area provide a consistent high-quality customer experience.

  • Team leadership and optimization:

  • Performance evaluation and financial control: Deeply analyze conversion rate, inventory turnover rate, etc. key indicators; strictly monitor budget and costs to ensure healthy profit margins.

  • Cross-department communication: Coordinate headquarters resources, implement promotional activities, inventory planning and visual display, and provide decision-making advice to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Industry experience: At least 5 years of retail industry experience, of which4 years of multi-store management (regional management) experience . HaveChinese market Experienced candidates are preferred.

  • Language skills: Proficient inMandarin, English, and Cantonese 's listening, speaking, reading and writing.

  • Core competencies: Have strong result-oriented awareness, multi-task processing ability and customer-centered problem-solving ability.
