Job Responsibilities

• Product localization: Review systems and application user interfaces and other related documents based on the company's internal style guide, ensuring consistency and accuracy in language and format.

• Product Design: Work closely with other product engineers and design teams to co-optimize the software and hardware user experience of NAS (Network Attached Storage) products, and improve overall usability and operation fluency.

• Market research: Conduct user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and competitive opponent analysis using qualitative and quantitative research methods, uncover potential product opportunities, and propose innovative suggestions.

• Continuous product optimization: Monitor user feedback and usage data, analyze product performance, drive iterative improvements, and enhance product quality and user satisfaction.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.

• Applicants with internet industry or consumer electronics product experience are preferred.

• Have careful proofreading skills, pay attention to details, and effectively manage multiple tasks and deliver them on time.

• Have basic data analysis concepts, understand user behavior data and transform it into product improvement suggestions.

• Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively cooperate in a cross-cultural team.
