Duties include:
1. Responsible for module construction, network construction, decommissioning and miscellaneous cabling, etc. End-to-end technical delivery project management of various IT projects. Collaborate with IDC delivery, IDC operations, various suppliers (consumables, construction services, network integration, etc.), and procurement, supply chain, network construction, network operation, etc. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time, safely and of high quality.
2. Responsible for conducting IDC site environment, project dependency preconditions, project construction and delivery progress checks and feedback according to the regional TPM requirements.

1. Familiar with project management professional knowledge, able to independently carry out complex project group management, and able to provide guidance to others' work.
3. Have strong communication, coordination and organizational skills, and be able to actively promote project goals through cross-team communication.
II. Comprehensive cabling technology
1. Proficient in various scene comprehensive cabling work process, quality requirements and safety regulations, able to cope with complex implementation scenarios or new project types, and able to propose solutions.
2. Familiar with various scene comprehensive wiring each link of the key control points, and take targeted measures.
3. Familiar with common integrated cabling materials and consumables, and deeply understand the differences and application scenarios of various materials.
4. Able to provide technical guidance to partners and colleagues around you, and able to handle more complex technical issues.
5. Able to participate in the optimization and formulation of relevant regulations and SOPs, and provide empowerment to the outside world.
Industry experience
1. Comprehensive cabling, low-voltage engineering, and delivery project management related fields, with at least 5 years of work experience.
Comprehensive quality
1. Good communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently
2. Team spirit, complement and help each other
3. Have project management experience, those who hold PMP or other similar certificates are preferred.
4. Proficient in Chinese and English, with local language skills being even better

1. The project managed by you has not been delayed due to the modeling team's reason.
2. The project delivered did not result in any quality-related complaints.
3. The projects managed by you have not experienced any EHS events.
