A. Job Responsibilities

1. Daily operations and management
Ensure the store is operating normally, including product display, shelf replenishment, equipment maintenance, and sanitation.
Supervise the accuracy of the checkout process, and handle system failures or unexpected events (such as power outages, equipment damage).
Execute headquarters promotion activities, plan localized marketing solutions to boost sales.

2. Inventory and supply chain management
Responsible for ordering, receiving, and exchanging goods, optimizing inventory turnover rate, and avoiding stockouts or overstocking.
Regular inventory counts, analysis of sales data, and adjustment of purchasing strategies.
Maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

3. Team management
Create a schedule, coordinate employee assignments, and ensure sufficient staffing during peak hours.
Organize employee training (service standards, operating procedures, safety knowledge), and regularly evaluate performance.
Resolve employee conflicts and create a positive team atmosphere.

4. Financial Management
Monitor daily sales and expenses, ensure accurate accounting.
Analyze operating data (gross profit margin, loss rate), and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures.


5. Customer service
Handle customer complaints, improve satisfaction, and maintain store reputation.


6. Safety and compliance
Check fire facilities, monitoring systems, and regularly organize safety drills.
Ensure the store meets food hygiene, tobacco sales, etc. regulations.
Prevent theft and fraud, and report abnormal events in a timely manner.

II. Position requirements:

1. Basic conditions:
- Education: High school/technical secondary school or above, business administration or related professional preferred.
- Experience: More than 3 years of retail industry experience, with at least 1 year of management experience.
- Language: Mandarin, Cantonese

2. Core competencies:
Business skills: Proficient in using POS systems, office software, and basic data analysis skills.
Management skills: Proficient in team motivation and cross-departmental collaboration, able to establish standardized processes.
Adaptability: efficiently handle customer complaints, equipment failures, and other unexpected events.
