Sales - New Business Development

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new customers and expanding the company's business network in Yuen Long and the surrounding areas, actively seeking potential cooperation opportunities.

• Develop personal sales strategies based on company goals, and meet various indicators and performance requirements for new business development.

• Regularly conduct outdoor customer visits, provide professional product or service introduction, and propose appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process, including quoting, contract signing, and follow-up work.

• Through a flexible mix of work modes (including office, remote and field) to execute daily tasks, improve work efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work requirements

• Have secondary school diploma or above, with 3 to 5 years of sales or business development related work experience.

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, and have good English and Mandarin communication skills, writing ability also needs to reach a basic level.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or need to apply for a Hong Kong work visa with the assistance of the employer to be legally employed.

• Have good time management skills, be able to adapt to flexible work hours, and effectively carry out field work and office work between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm on Monday to Friday.
