Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities 1. Answer daily hotline calls regarding network faults for projects; 2. Resolve network-related issues consulted by customers; 3. Escalate internal resources to address and resolve complex network problems; 4. Collaborate with the team to conduct project-related network deployment and technical support work; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. ## Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, Network Engineering or related fields is preferred; 2. At least 1 year of work experience in network engineering or related fields, with CCNA certification and corresponding capabilities; 3. Familiar with the configuration and management of network devices such as routers, switches/firewalls; 4. Possess good communication skills and team spirit, proficient in daily English communication and able to communicate in Cantonese; 5. Aged between 22 and 34 years old, willing to accept business trips or on-site assignments.
