Bread baker (foreign worker)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production of various breads, pastries and baked goods, including dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, baking and decoration, etc. throughout the process
• Strictly follow the standard recipe and quality specifications for production, ensuring that the product flavor, texture, and appearance meet the brand's requirements
• Daily pre-start-up inspection of equipment operation status and work environment hygiene, implementing food safety and cleaning and disinfection procedures
• According to the store's sales needs, flexibly adjust the production schedule, complete inventory and replenishment before the peak of business
• Assist in inventory management, regularly inventory raw materials, propose procurement advice, and reduce food waste

Work requirements

• Have at least 2 years of professional bread baking practical experience, familiar with common European, Japanese and Hong Kong-style baking items
• Proficient in operating ovens, mixers, partitioners, and fermentation chambers, etc. basic baking equipment, with the ability to independently complete the entire process
• Emphasize details and quality, have good time management awareness and team spirit, and be able to adapt to early shifts and rotating shifts
• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand simple work instructions; understand how to read Chinese recipes and record daily production data
