Job Summary:
Our client, a leading international financial institution, is looking for a motivated and reliable IT Helpdesk Support to join their fast-paced IT team in Central. Responsibilities:
· Provide first-level IT helpdesk support to end-users (hardware, software, network, and application issues)
· Deliver deskside support, including on-site troubleshooting, PC/laptop setup, printer configuration, and peripheral installations
· Perform IT administration tasks such as user account management, access rights, software deployment, and basic system maintenance
· Assist the wider IT team on ad-hoc projects and technical support as required
· Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain high service standards
· Document support cases and contribute to knowledge base for continuous improvement
Requirements:
· Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk or deskside support (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will also be considered)
· Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
· Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and imaging tools is highly preferred
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
· Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
· Immediate availability is a strong advantage
