Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and daily on-site visits to maintain pharmacies, chain stores, wholesalers and distributors within a specified area, and establish and deepen channel cooperative relationships.
Lead the company's health supplement product line market stocking work, actively expand new customer resources, and follow up the whole process of order processing, logistics coordination and payment management.
Regularly collect customer usage feedback and sales pain points, assist in the planning and execution of targeted channel promotion activities, and enhance terminal sales and brand exposure.
Continuously monitor the market dynamics and major competitors' product strategies, price policies and promotion methods in the jurisdiction, submit analysis reports on time to support marketing decisions.
Strictly achieve personal monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, and cooperate with the team to complete the overall channel coverage and market share improvement plan.

Requirements:

Able to adapt to field work, with an average of 5 to 8 customer visits per day, having good communication and expression skills and on-the-spot problem-solving ability, and able to handle customer objections and negotiations independently.
Goal-oriented and clear, value results, and willing to create personal value through performance; strong execution ability, able to effectively implement the company's various sales policies and project tasks.
Preference will be given to those with valid driver's licenses and their own transportation (such as a private car or electric scooter), which can ensure efficient and extensive field operations.
