Assistant System Operation and Maintenance Manager

In this position, you will:

• Coordinate the strategic planning and deployment of IT PaaS resource pools and manage SaaS-layer application operations, develop and continuously optimize operational standards, and enhance service delivery processes.

• Oversee the operations and maintenance of SaaS-layer public applications while driving continuous improvements in infrastructure service capabilities and operational process optimization.

• Coordinate office system planning and implementation, establish daily operational standards, and develop employee account access management and VPN security policy frameworks.

• Manage office Active Directory domain operations and enterprise endpoint devices, execute system patch management and vulnerability remediation, and establish rapid incident response protocols for security events.

• Manage NGCS and ITSR work order approvals and process optimization while establishing comprehensive ticketing system standards.

• Drive the development of AI-powered intelligent operations capabilities for public capacity management, optimize operational processes, and enhance overall management efficiency.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields preferred.

• Professional certifications in IT service management, system operations and maintenance, or information security are preferred, such as ITIL or PMP.

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise IT system operations and maintenance or technical support roles.

• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java/Python/Go, with demonstrated ability to develop and test automated operations and maintenance tools.

• Proficient in managing public capacity systems including CMDB, DNS, SSL, and enterprise email systems.

• Proficient in security hardening for mainstream servers and operating systems including Linux, Unix, and Windows; experienced in virtualization and container technology operations, maintenance and planning; capable of developing automated scripts in Shell and Python.

• Skilled in leveraging mainstream AI tools to drive automation and intelligence in operations and maintenance workflows.
