Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for room cleaning and organization, including changing bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and floor towels, cleaning the bathroom, toilet, sink and mirror, ensuring the room is clean and hygienic and meets the hotel's standards.
- Comply with the standard to replenish consumables in the room, such as bathing supplies, tea bags, coffee, sugar bags, tissues and stationery, and check the operating status of the equipment (such as lighting, air conditioning, television, electric kettle, etc.).
- Assist in handling post-checkout room inspections and deep cleaning, and report any leftover items or abnormal situations to the supervisor immediately.
- In accordance with the floor inspection schedule, keep public areas (such as corridors, elevator entrances, stairwells) clean and orderly, and clean up garbage and supplement directional signs in a timely manner.
Work requirements
- Holding a valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government-approved "Supplementary Labor Program" foreign labor quota, and have obtained the relevant work visa and entry permit.
- Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, and able to handle physically demanding work that requires long periods of standing, bending, lifting, and climbing stairs.
- Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand simple work instructions; those who understand Mandarin or English are given priority.
- Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness and team spirit, and able to adapt to shift and holiday work arrangements.
- No relevant experience is required, but you are willing to accept systematized pre-employment training and on-the-job guidance; those with hotel or cleaning industry experience will be given priority if appropriate.
