Job Description

Requirements:
* Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Engineering related discipline
* At least 25 years of experience in BS/ MEP field in contractor, preferably with building project experience
* Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage (MHKIE, MCIBSE, MICIOB etc.) but not essential (For Manager level)
* Good commercial and contractual acumen
* Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Salary and Benefits Package:

* Location: Kowloon/ New Territories Areas
* 13 months salary + year end bonus/ performance bonus
* AL starting from 14 days+
