Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily cleaning and disinfection of the food counter and bar area, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment that meets food safety standards.
Complete all preparatory work before opening, including replenishing tableware, beverage ingredients, paper towels, and cups. Check the equipment's operating condition.
Answer customer calls, clearly respond to inquiries and handle seating arrangements, accurately record customer needs and special requests (such as private rooms, allergy alerts, etc.).
Flexible support for different positions according to operational needs, including cash register, takeout packaging, on-site service or logistics coordination, to maintain smooth overall service.
Proactively observe the site situation, timely assist colleagues and report abnormal situations (such as shortage of materials, equipment failure, customer complaints), and ensure stable service quality.

Work requirements

Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to express and listen clearly; those who understand Mandarin or simple English are preferred.
Attitude is friendly and proactive, with good service awareness and team spirit, and able to withstand the work rhythm of business peak periods.
No relevant experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those with restaurant service or retail industry experience will be given priority.
Punctual and reliable, able to accommodate shift arrangements (including day shifts, night shifts, holidays and sudden overtime)
Pay attention to personal grooming and follow the company's uniform and sanitation standards. Be willing to undergo on-the-job training and work guidance.
