Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning, maintain good business order.
Ensure food quality and service level meet company standards, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and inquiries, and actively maintaining company brand image and customer relationships.
Lead the team to achieve various operating indicators and drive continuous growth in restaurant performance.

Work requirements:

Have more than five years of restaurant industry management experience, with ice cream parlors or similar restaurants and familiar with floor operations and management experience is preferred.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Have good coordination skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to independently solve problems.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to maintain high efficiency under high pressure.
Familiar with office software operations, those with dining management system usage experience are preferred.
