Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collaborating with factories, managing and coordinating the complete product development cycle for plastic and paper-based products (including board games and puzzles).
• Supervise or assist suppliers in managing, developing time schedules, cost analysis, material procurement, and supplier relationship maintenance.
• Track order progress, maintain good communication with factories, customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• According to need, complete other temporary assignments.

Requirements:

• Education level must be secondary five or above.
• Have 0 to 3 years of OEM/ODM plastic and paper products related work experience ( those with board game and puzzle experience are given priority)
• Familiar with the development process and time schedule of plastic and paper products will be given priority.
• Have good English communication skills and be able to use computers and ERP systems fluently.
• Have excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with overseas customers and suppliers.
• Applicants who can immediately start work will be given priority. Experienced candidates may also apply for a senior purchasing position.

  We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic toy merchandising team, focusing on plastic and paper product development, including board games and puzzles.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the full product development cycle (plastic & paper, including board games & puzzles) with factories.
  • Oversee or assist in managing suppliers, development timelines, cost analysis, material sourcing, and vendor relationships.
  • Track orders with factories, clients, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.
  Qualifications:
  • Form 7 or higher education level.
  • 0-3 years of experience in OEM/ODM plastic and paper products (board games and puzzles experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of plastic and paper development cycles/schedules is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in English with solid PC/ERP skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities for engaging with overseas clients and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
  • Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Merchandiser role.
